The Suits for Seniors program is an 8 week curriculum designed to propel potential leaders into successful careers and service in their community.

The participants are paired with mentors within their career or field of interest and participate through 9 guided learning modules:

• Soft Skills and Prestation

The Success Academy supports males ages 6-21 and imparts basic life skills and teaches young men the importance and value of self-esteem, confidence and respect. Though the program students are empowered to give back and take responsibility for their actions. Each session is led by a seasoned trained industry professional that shares their life experiences and specks on topics designed to enhance the student's lifestyle and marketability.  ALL YOUNG MEN WHO COMPLETE THE SUCCESS ACADEMY WILL LEAVE TRASFORMED!!!

The Gentlemen Initiative is an 8-hour power packed day filled with guest speakers, interactive workshops, and both college and job vendors. The program culminates with each student being given a necktie, dress shirt, suit or pair of shoes all based upon available inventory. We also offer career counseling and mock interviews.

The purpose of the Success Center is to help individuals obtain employment that will allow them to sustain their lives. Individual will be able to come the center and receive a suit, a resume building session, and a mock interview. After the individual has received these services then they will be able to receive help applying for a job.
